本人在非序列下模擬了一個系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化的方向是光斑的均勻度,光斑的尺寸,哪位高人能指點一下在merit function上應(yīng)該選那個條件。能提供OPTIMIZATION OPERANDS AND DATA FIELD USAGE這部分中文翻譯的本人也十分感謝(英語水平太凹了)

非序列優(yōu)化,在zemax說明書里有很詳細(xì)的說明,看不懂英文,可以看高老師的光學(xué)設(shè)計指引帖第9貼。里面有非序列優(yōu)化的詳細(xì)操作步驟。 Wo Z@ 根據(jù)我個人的使用經(jīng)驗,非序列優(yōu)化的能力較差,與初始結(jié)構(gòu)相比無重大改善。
