當面型選擇為zernike standard phase的時候，

d/57;6I_ J"x M[c2 我用analysis->Aberration coefficients->zernike standard coefficinets 查看zernike系數(shù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)只有setting查看Image面的時候數(shù)據(jù)正常，改為別的面的時候會變得很大，不知道查看非像面的時候數(shù)據(jù)的意義是什么。
