To accelerate and intensify competence build-up in the SLI Development group of GTD Campus China (Shanghai) and define, plan, and execute innovation projects within the Shanghai team. The job  has a strong emphasis on LED-engine related competences (thermal, optical performance) together with essential project planning skills. Working with the team in OEM/ODM projects as a technical “front-person”. Supply base is located in mainland China, and requires frequent communication and visits to ensure quality, reliability, and timeliness.
