As part of the Advanced Imaging Business Unit, you will be responsible for generating software and firmware code supporting a wide array of photonics instrumentation equipment, including various laser imaging systems. This could take the form of Graphical User Interfaces, customer specific applications, and embedded firmware utilizing RS232, IEEE 488, and USB interfaces. A strong knowledge of data acquisition hardware and software is a plus. Microsoft Visual C++, .NET a plus. This individual will initially be trained at the US Headquarter office in Newton, NJ but will relocate to the Shanghai, China office. ?rr%uXQjH

Experience developing embedded software for microcontroller based instruments in C and C++ programming languages and assembly language. Ability to read and understand analog/ digital electronic circuit and logic diagrams. Knowledge of the USB 2.0 system architecture and the ability to design embedded application for USB devices. Skill in designing graphic user interface (GUI) applications. Ability to use standard electronic test equipment. Knowledge using and developing GUI software for National Instruments LabWindows/CVI. Ability to write detailed software and hardware interface specifications and software requirements specifications based on product requirements developed by others.
