在光通信領(lǐng)域，是否有商業(yè)用的光子晶體器件產(chǎn)品？據(jù)我所知，光子晶體光纖已經(jīng)有商業(yè)產(chǎn)品了，雖然和傳統(tǒng)的光纖比起來有許多的優(yōu)越性，如在空氣空中傳播、實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)的非線性、色散可調(diào)等等，但大規(guī)模應(yīng)用的報(bào)道好像沒有留意到。那除此之外還有其他的基于光子晶體的商業(yè)產(chǎn)品嗎？例如光開關(guān)，光子晶體激光器，等無(wú)源或者有源的光器件。這些器件的原型或者原理大概從20世紀(jì)90年代中末，就被提出和在實(shí)驗(yàn)上證明，但同樣，商業(yè)的產(chǎn)品還是沒有留意有報(bào)道��？ k)z>9z%D
