    [求助]zemax可以做微光學(xué)分析么（lens小于0.5mm） [復(fù)制鏈接]

    一個簡單的單鏡頭系統(tǒng)，如果鏡頭尺寸設(shè)到mm以上的話，分析沒有問題。但是我把整個系統(tǒng)都相應(yīng)縮小，把鏡頭縮小到0.2mm左右的時候，layout上面的光線只能看到chief ray，別的光線要把光線數(shù)設(shè)到很高才能看到一些。是不是zemax在計(jì)算微鏡頭的時候計(jì)算誤差會比較大？？（我注意到它的unit最小只能設(shè)到mm級），有過類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)的朋友給點(diǎn)建議，謝謝

    hi, I have tried the doublet file in ZEMAX and reduced the EPD and semi-diameter of surfaces to 0.2mm and 0.1mm respectively and I found that the 2D layout display properly. iAQvsE
